Interview
1) Greeted by the HR. 2) Went into a meeting room. 3) Started the interview with the HR manager. 4) Ended the interview with someone from the operations team. This part of the interview was apparently to see whether I will be able to work well with the other members.

Do you have any experience? We are looking for someone with experience. Not sure why the HR asked you down for an interview.
