      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adevinta (Paris) in Nov 2024

      Interview

      The process was efficient, streamlined and involved 4 steps, of which I completed 3. The first call was with the recruiter and they were clear about the role and salary expectations from from the start. The second round was technical with the incumbent and a colleague and the third was with the hiring manager. There would have been a 4th with the CTO before going to offer.
