First meeting with HR followed by 2 interviews: one with the Director of Data and another with a panel comprising potential stakeholders and future teammates. A presentation on a business case is required for the second interview. - Initial interview: Primarily focused on past experience, projects, skills, and motivation. I was tasked with analyzing one of their websites from a product standpoint (see Interview questions section). - Business case: An open and engaging task allowing for creativity. It's crucial to justify decisions and emphasize business impact/recommendations. I chose Python for my analysis, but alternative methods are feasible. - Second interview: Presenting the case to a panel of 4 individuals (including stakeholders and teammates), followed by receiving feedback and addressing challenges. Overall, the individuals I interacted with were exceptionally pleasant and skilled. The company culture exudes positivity, with people being open and knowledgeable. Both the salary and benefits offered are competitive, though there may be room for a slight increase in salary. Unfortunately, they chose another candidate due to minor details. Nonetheless, the experience was undeniably positive.
