Thank you for your feedback. Every engineer (even our Jr. Engineers) on staff were able to complete the test and score a 95% or higher. The information tested is very basic and if you need to look the information up then it is likely you'd struggle in the position. That is why we begin with this basic evaluation versus a traditional face to face interview.
