Adcap Network Systems Account Manager interview questions

First step is a video interview where you submit answers via video software. Second is a very informal interview process where they herd you in in groups, "sell" you the company, and make you do role plays with one another like some sort of elementary training course. All of this is recorded so management can watch. After the presentation they bring you in one by one to do a in person role play with the talent manager. They give the image of a fun corporate atmosphere with games/food for free and tell you about the individuals making hundreds of thousands of dollars (very select few). The interview process gives off a very sales factory like image and after doing a bit of research with current and past employees, I have learned that is exactly what it is. Their reviews are bogus and posted by themselves. Many of which are posted on the same day or right after one another to boost their reviews or in case a true review is written.
