I found the interview process pleasant, respectful, and cordial. The questions asked were responsive to the role and I had no difficulty answering them. I felt the interviewers were fair and reasonable in their approach. I was glad I had prepared for the interview, as at times I had to provide examples of situations I had faced as a counsellor in other organisations.
