I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Action Seating & Mobility (Denver, CO) in Apr 2025
Interview
This interview process raised several concerns. An agency reached out to me for a DME role offering $19–$23/hr. With three years of experience, I requested $23, but they countered with $22, saying they wanted someone with the exact same role experience and “room for growth”—first red flag. Then I learned the interview would be a two-hour in-person skills test—second red flag. On the day of the interview, I had a family emergency (my mom has MS), notified them, and asked to reschedule. They declined and canceled altogether—third red flag.

Interview
There was a phone screen and then they set up an on-site interview with the office manager and care coordinator manager. along with that, they do what they call an audition which is basically a job shadow.
