1. Allgemeines Gespräch von Vorstellungen und meinem Werdegang, Bildungshintergrund, Arbeitserfahrung, etc.. 2. Führung in der Firma, Vorstellung des Arbeitsalltages. Mir wurde gezeigt wo ich wie arbeiten würde und woran. 3. Angebot der Firma bekommen. 4. Verhandlung der Vertragsbedingungen.

They started with a presentation of the company and the team. Interviewers listened to my experiences. Technical questions were interesting to know more about required skills. They also allowed me to understand what kind a role I could have.
