Overall, the interview process was pretty positive.
I got the vibe that Acendre has done a lot of work to change and rebuild their organisational culture and the process reflected that. They weren't just considering an ability to complete the role and uphold organisational values, but also how I would fit in overall, and how the company could help me meet my personal development goals.
