Acendre interview questions

I had attend the Interview on (FTF discussion for Thursday,27th Dec 2018 @ 12:30PM) . They had taken 1st Round : 1 hr for Manual & Java Questions, 2nd Round : 1 hr for Automation (Selenium + Java ) I had explained & written the framework for an application. I had answered 80% of the Questions. Got feedback like : "you are good in this interview, QA manager round will be there. But Manager on Xmas Leave. We will call you, when he come back." ( Talent Acquisition person also got positive feed back from the panel of Acendre) But after 1 week later , I got the information from person, who arranged the interview, like " They said to me "you are not qualified in the 2nd round"". If I'm not qualified then you have to tell this on that day only. But Why the Acendre people telling& calling for "QA manager round". Its a very worst situation.
