Interview
Firstly there was a phone interview with the L&D director which involved all the questions you might expect.
Why this role? Why sales? etc.
Next came a very informal face to face chat about the business and how they run. The lady I spoke to was very nice and honest about the role and it's pros/cons. I appreciated the honesty and it seemed like a nice environment to work in.
