AXIS-Y interview questions

Very unpleasant experience... 3-4 rounds. 2nd round they asked me to create mock up social media posts for their account, 3rd round they asked me to present a proposal for marketing contents. Each time they took 2 weeks to get back to me. I'm convinced they did this just to steal ideas. I was shocked when they presented the (low) salary upon the job offer, so I declined.

Firstly, they will conduct document screen and then call shortlist for the interview and then they will contact you to do the project presentation about marketing campaign and then you will get result. They will sign contact at first day of work.
