I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AXA (Woodbury, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interviewers were quite polite, straight to the point, and professional. The interview questions were fair and their ability to articulate the role and its responsibilities were clear.
Unfortunately, I did not see them as having a company cultures that I would personally fit in.
Overall, it was a neutral-positive experience. Strictly sales-commission based- with a strong focus on generating business through your existing network. Great people.

Applied online and was contacted for an interview about a week later. The first interview was one-on-one and consisted of a mix of background and behavioral questions, and very conversational.

Describe yourself in three words. On a scale of 1-10, how determined/outgoing are you?
Very simple Interview, based off my experience seems like everyone gets the role.
This is more of an insurance sales position rather than an actual “advisor”. Make sure to ask as many questions as possible
