Know the core values and be prepared to teach a short lesson or two. Mine were private level but expect to be asked to teach anything from instrument to commercial as well. Vary straight forward process.

There is no formal interview, you just need to be qualified and do well in the job training. The job training consists of ground and flight portions and is called “indoc”.
