Super easy, I was contacted and told I had the job before even applying. Then I formally applied and pass all background checks. Then the hiring manager that reached out and offered me the job went quiet. Never moved forward and was never told why.
2 step recruiter then manager takes about 3 weeks in total l. Basic questions experience and overcoming objections. How do you recruit new customers are you comfortable w cold calling
I went under the b2b sales program, it was a phone call and then a roleplay, it went pretty well! It was a simple process, however I know that they have changed things - some people may get a role play while others don't.
