Interview
Did telephone interview then took a personality test. Then did a group interview and presentation with 2 manangers. After approval did a 1 on 1 interview with regioanal manager. Offered job on the spot. Did drug test to pass to start training for about 2 months. Very rigorous training.
Practice presentation and be sure to finish and close. Be friendly. Be attractive and very professional. Prepare to work very very hard.
Decent interview process asked to pretty much show my sales skills. I got there waited, when called upon resume was examined and was told same me this pen. I informed them in the detail how I would sale this pen

Phone call by recruiter under hidden name MEI consulting, pulled resume from indeed, and would not say what the position was. Whole thing was shady and would not announce pay rate for position either. Said she had to have the manager go over that because its DOE>
