It was a very easy process. Was recruited by a temp agency representative
Took an accessment test. Then had a phone interview. Later did a background test. Not sure if this is the normal process

Very short initial phone interview asking basic questions. A few weeks later, I was called in for an in-person interview. It was held by 2 people. Fairly simple interview.
