For intern position -
Phone screen with the director was relatively dry and not ...directed. Asked some questions about my background, but quite honestly, the communication just wasn't there to keep it going. Went into detail on the products, and team organization. Ironically, it was probably the worst interview I've had (simply because it sounded as if the manager didn't really care either way).
Was flown in for a on-site interview. Had 4 separate interviews, including one session of a technical related problem (simple optimization of search lists).
Turned out to be a gigantic waste of time (as my background wasn't that great of a fit to begin with, nor did it sound like they were willing to pay for a out of site intern).
HR was fantastic through (it's rare!).
