I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AT&T (Middletown, NJ) in Jan 2010
Interview
The interview was arranged by a staffing agency. The interview comprised of a written test for 75 minutes and a group interview. The test had multiple choice questions mainly in C and Perl. I had to write a logical programs too. And some analytical questions. Then I went on to meet a group of two people who asked me about my past experience. Then to another group of two people who asked me some detailed questions related to my technical experience and finally met the Hiring manager who told that the interviewers were impressed with my answer. 2 days later I got a call saying that I was selected. There was no negotiation in salary because I went through agency.

Question 1
Write a program in perl to find the list of words in a text file and their counts.
process was very good, the questions was fair and the HR was very nice
I got 1 home task to create rest api
and 1:1 interview at the offices in Tel Aviv
the process was pretty straightforward. OA -> first round behavioral -> technical round -> final round behavioral, took about 2 months but they are generally pretty slow. behaviorals are straightforward, technical was LC med.

Question 1
They asked me one question that really stood out — and not in a good way. They asked something extremely vague and unrelated to the position, like “So… what exactly do you want from us?”
