You get selected on line; go through a phone interview process; you then go to a location for a mock work experience interview process; you then go in for your first face to face interview; you then go in for a second interview and then they decide.

Interview
It's actually a on screen testing interview, it was a test of creativity, soundness of mind, ideas and job related operations. It was a series of on screen test with different questions.

Interview
Basically they give you a personality test and a basic math skills test. If you pass these test, you will then have a one on one interview with one of the HR representatives. The culture there was very casual.
