Interview
First I applied online on a Tuesday night. After you apply they send you a confirmation email stating that you application was successfully submitted. They also provide a link in the email that you click on so that you can go back and electronically sign the application. The next day, Wednesday, a lady called me and said that they received my application. She asked me if I had time to talk and I told her yes. She then asked me about some leadership positions that I've held and what I learned from them. I answered her and then she told me she would like to set up a webcam interview. We set one up for the following Tuesday at 9 am. She also sent an email following our conversation that confirmed our webcam interview and it provided me with a link so that I could access the interview. I went back online to check the status of my application and it said the the qualifications were met. Tuesday rolled around and I clicked on the link (I used internet explorer) and connected to the interview site successfully. I actually ended up waiting on her. When she got there and started the interview the first question she asked was "Tell me about yourself". After that she asked why I was interested in the Retail Leadership Development program. Then she asked what I knew about AT&T. Then she asked why I should be picked from the program. After that she asked three strengths and a weakness. Then she asked what my ideal job would be. Then she asked How I would handle a tough situation with an irate customer. She then asked a couple behavioral questions where I had to answer them using a past experience, actions that I took and the outcome. Then she asked about a time a customer asked me to do something that I thought was unethical. She also asked about a situation where I ever inspired change. She also asked my biggest challenge/hardest obstacle to overcome and what I did to overcome it. She also asked about teamwork skills. Then she asked what kind of leader I was/leadership style I thought I had. Then she asked about a time where I gave constructive criticism to a team member. She asked more than once if I was willing to relocate to Georgia (That's where you will have to stay for 6 months to take classes/train). She asked if I had any questions and I asked her a couple about the program: what a typical day was like, what type of people they were looking for to fill the positions to fill the program, and how was this program different then the other programs offered by other companies and what the next step was in the interview process. She didn't really answer my questions fully because she didn't know. I think she was just an interviewer who had never been to the facility, visited the program, etc. Afterwards I told her that I did not have any questions and I thanked her for interviewing me and expressed again my interest in the position. She took notes the entire time we had the interview. A day later (today) I received an email from AT&T saying "Thank you for your interest in the Retail Leadership Development Program position. While you meet the basic requirements for the position, we are currently considering other candidates who more closely match the criteria for this position. We will contact you directly if you are matched to the position in the future"

Interview
The first part of the interview is a webcam where they screen you for personality, sales aptitude but most importantly customer service. Nothing difficult just basic background information and previous customer service experiences, challenges. For second part of the interview I was flown to Atlanta for a full day of interviewing, networking and round table discussions. The entire day you are being evaluated for how you interact with the leadership and the people currently in the program. Do not let you guard down all day, as even the lunch is scored and recapped at the end of the day. I got an offer about a week later.

The most difficult part was not being too overwhelmed with the entire process. They want you to continuously ask questions about the position so make sure you have a book of job related questions to ask.

Interview
1st step is a phone interview. A recruiter will contact you and ask you basic qualifications and if you are willing to relocate. Here is where you make a good first impression. Recruiter will be in contact with you throughout process.
2nd step is a online interview. You'll see a short pre-recorded video where a retail manager will ask you an interview question. You have 3 seconds to think of an answer before it begins recording you. Once you are done, you push stop. Total of 6-8 questions.
3rd step is another online interview with initial recruiter. Make sure you know how to use the STAR method (Situation/Task, Action, Result). My recruiter wanted me to answer all questions in that format.
4th step is a phone interview with recruiters' boss. More behavioral based questions with STAR responses.

Interview
4 rounds of interviews, first round is a screening where you answer questions that are pre-recorded then respond via webcam. The second round is a phone interview with HR. Third round is a FaceTime or Skype interview with a director from the RLDP program and the last interview is either an in-person or FaceTime interview depending on your location.

Most of the questions need you to recall previous situations and how you handled them. In the phone interview they had a case that was read and had you answer 3 questions as to how you would handle the situation
