I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T in Jul 2011
Interview
I only interviewed with one person, then took a test, and never heard from them again. To be perfectly frank, as soon as the interviewer introduced herself, I knew I wouldn't want to be there. The atmosphere was so cold and dry, I couldn't picture myself in that environment.
The first interview was with a company recruiter. The second interview was with the manager of the position that I was interviewing for. And the next two interviews were with two of the coworkers who I would be working with.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AT&T (Middletown, NJ) in Jul 2013
Interview
Face to face interview. It was very easy. They got right to the point about the work that I would be doing and the hours I would be working. I showed them many samples of my previous writing. All in all, it was a positive experience and they didn't put you through the interview 101 process where they ask you all those annoying questions like what is your worst characteristic? Just the necessary information that they needed for the job.
