I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ASUS (North Ryde)
Interview
Taken a long time to lock in an agreeable time for interview, the interview was short and unprofessional. The MD of the company kept coming in and out of the interview, was on her phone a lot and wasn't listening, asking questions which had previously been answered.
When it came time to sign the contract, and a time and date was arranged with the Operations Manager, she cancelled on me, telling me that she was too busy.
I didn't get to sign the contract until the actual starting day on the job which was very unprofessional. There was not job description as well.

Question 1
Quite technically based question on products and product knowledge
Okay, standard operation with the hr
Nothing standout, takes time to wait, overall is okay
If i can make a suggestion, put a clear timeline so that we can wait clearly during waiting
It was the typical Taiwanese bureaucratic process. It was not too bad overall. There were three rounds of interviews in total. Over the phone and then in person. First round with HR. English level could have been better. 2nd round was with more Hiring Manager. Focused on product-oriented and tech industry-related questions. Ask mostly typical interview format questions. It is relatively easy. Would recommend trying it out to see if it is the right fit for you.

Interview
The interview was less formal than expected; friendly and comfortable. There was still plenty of work talk though on some of the marketing principles required in the role. There was an expectation of some technical knowledge, the more the better, so brush up on your computer knowledge prior to an interview if you're not coming from the industry.
