Interview
Call from Internal Recruiter, followed by Profiling by HR. 1st interview with the line manager, lasted about an hour, pretty straightforward. Final interview with General Manager, lasted 3 hours, more like a discussion over varied subjects, very detailed and exhaustive but interesting session; offer in 2 weeks after final interview.
