First there is a HireVue Screening that you have to pass first, then you get invited to a online interview with the Hiring Manager, It was online. A couple questions more into behavioral, felt more like a conversation, time cut short because of time constraint on Interviewer. Questions were a lot on leadership and experience managing teams. The one negative thing in my opinion is that the interviewer didn't look like they had too much power on the hiring process, or at least wasn't knowledgeable on next steps.
