Interview
Interview went very well with the HR representative and I was told that I am selected for the next round.
Later they did not invite me for the next round but they did not give a clear reason for not being selected.
Looks like the HR rep was not aligned with the hiring manager
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ASML in Mar 2022
Interview
In total my interview process consisted in 4 rounds:
1) Interview with recruiter to gauge fit with role.
2) Interview with RTE & Team Lead.
3) Interview with PO & other Scrum Master.
--> After this interview I was asked to do an assessment which looked at my intelligence, personality and fit with ASML values.
4) Interview with HR to discuss results test.
After this an offer was made to me.

Experience questions: How does your experience relate to what you will do at ASML?
Personality questions: Depending on outcome of assessment.

Interview
I applied to the positions with a reference of my friend and participated in 2 technical steps. Both of them were fruitful for me.In the first interview, they gave a burndown chart and expect from you to explain the cases in detail.
