Applied online, got a phone call from the company HR the next day, after 5 days, ask me to make a video answering 5 questions circling around the role, why field application engineer is exciting, why you are fit, what's your weakness, etc. After submitting the video, waited 5 a week, was called for an on-site interview. Presented a tech presentation and talked with several people at ASML's Hillsboro site. Until now the interview was OK, but after the onsite, it took a LONG TIME for them to give me any feedback. What they do is that they need to interview a whole lot of people and then give you feedback after they finished interviewing all the people. So if you were the first guy they interviewed, it could easily take 2 months. While I got other offers at hand and need to make a decision, I emailed the HR several times to get a decision for me soon, and the hiring manager from Netherland just finally cannot take it and give me a rejection hastely. They didn't even specify why they reject me, just they are not able to make a decision, so they reject. Such a bs company and such a waste of my reaking time. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
