You submit your CV after which you are invited to record an interview online where you only have one chance for each question. After wards you are invited to the next part of the interview process with a real person
- CV and cover letter round
- HireVue interview (online video interview where they ask questions and you have to answer within a limited amount of time)
- Online assessment
- Online interview (regular interview, based on the online assessment)
- Physical day (case study in a group, role play with an actor and an interview based on the same online assessment)
