      Customer Service Engineer Interview

      16 Oct 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at ASML

      Interview

I got the interview through a university campus recruiter. 1st interview with a recruiter. Second recruiter with the hiring manager and some higher up manager. The interview with the recruiter they asked behavioral questions, salary expectations, and if I'm ok with working in a FAB. In the second interview they asked technical questions and judged how well I'd perform in the job. The job I was referred to was told by the campus recruiter to be a job for college graduates. It ended up not despite being called an "Entry-Level" job. The hiring manager and recruiter didn't even my resume. It would be clear that I'm a college graduate with zero experience if they read my resume. Obviously, they wasted my time. I suggest looking at other companies to apply to. They don't seem like a company that develops their employees. They will just use what you know, and use that knowledge to suck whatever they can from you.
