ASK4 Group interview questions

2 stages, Phone interview and second round Technical interview with the team manager and 2 active engineers. There was a series of questions about personality and what I expect from the role as well as general IT related questions. Second round was to discuss my claimed experience as well as sit a technical test to see if I was able to work to their standard.

The first round went exceptionally well, both professional and friendly. During the interview, I was informed that they would like to move me forward to the second round, which was a take-home assessment with a one-week deadline. Excited and hopeful about the opportunity, I worked diligently on the assessment and submitted it, eager to join ASK4 and contribute my best to the team. However, after submission, I was left in the dark for almost two weeks without any communication, not even an acknowledgment that they received my work. I was confused and worried, wondering what had happened. After two weeks of silence, I received a rejection email, without any feedback on my assessment. Despite sending several follow-up emails requesting feedback, I received no response.
