Candidates complete a recruiter screen, followed by Zoom interviews with the hiring manager and stakeholders. Finalists attend an in-person super day with multiple interviewers which includes a deep dive style interview.

Interviews with Founder were hours long, longer than allotted time. Multiple interview rounds. Many candidates in the process, even at the final stages. Abrupt one liner “we’ve moved on with other candidates” after hours of interviews, and a case study. Felt like free consulting.

Any strategy questions and how did you exactly achieve growth at your previous companies?
Fair and generally speedy interview process. Emphasis on culture fit. I would guess in person meetings were heavily weighted. Generally nothing particularly unexpected for this position in the SaaS industry.
