The interview process included being in a group with other candidates at the same time, at one point. At this point it was explained to us what the responsbilities and roles that may have been expected from us if successful

I was questioned about my flexibility to work other days
The interview was face to face and the interviewer was friendly. I was asked questions about my experience in previous roles and how my experience would align with their needs.

- went to the shop floor to practice stacking shelves
- stacked shelves for a bit then got the opportunity to ask questions as a group
