A Very simple and fast interview process. rReceived an email inviting me to an interview a day after applying and I had the job by the end of the week.
You get sat down in a room, and asked very basic knowledge questions. Such as have you driven a van before, how is your customer service, what days can you work etc.
Group. Discussed drivers license, test in van for basic manourverung skills for about 20mins. 1 to 1 discussion and then trial shift. Friendly interviewers and colleagues to support. As long as competent driver okay interview.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ASDA (Leeds, England) in May 2025
Interview
Easy quick and immediate start to the process. Was able to see shift times and induction. Was able to also choose what times i wanted to start. Staff very friendly
