CV and awkward web form submission. One week later an update saying it had been passed to the hiring manager and I should hear from them soon. So far so good.
Then nothing until six weeks later, when I get an email telling me that I need to reapply because they're changing their careers website.
At no point was there any option to talk to a human, all the emails came from no-reply addresses and the help section on the jobs site had no contact information.
If this experience is reflective of what it's like to work at Asda, then I don't want to work there.
