In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues

Straight forward, online application and then group assessment. Asked to build a sculpture out of balloons. Just be friendly, confident and able to work as a team and you will do fine!
