ASCD Implementation Manager interview questions

Received a phone screening from HR. We scheduled a specific time and I entered the Zoom room early and the HR rep did not show up. After emailing her she said she got stuck in another meeting and would be there shortly. I waited an additional 15 minutes for her to show up. Did not hear back following the screening.
