I went through a very long interview process with this company that lasted almost 2 months and involved 4 rounds of interviews. I attended all stages, and by the final round it was clear they intended to make an offer.
However, during the final discussion, the salary offered was extremely low despite my experience. This was not aligned with market standards nor proportional to the time, effort, and experience required throughout the interview process.
For experienced candidates, this process is not worth the time investment unless salary expectations are clearly aligned upfront. I strongly recommend candidates to confirm the salary range early and be firm about their expectations before committing to multiple interview rounds.
I applied for the position travel consultant and studied the job description very well, did not mention anything about this being a sales position. First I received the email for booking an *online interview*. Did not even receive a phone call for this position. I enter the online meeting and all the recruiter asked me was "What do you know about this role?", I explained to my best ability based on the description posted on indeed and then he said some of it are wrong. I was like okay... And then turns out its not an interview, but a test for "how to sell a pen". I was given less than 1 minute to prepare for my pitch and obviously I did poorly. Not to mention the interviewer was 10 minutes late. Do not waste your time with this company.
From my experience, i had to go through few process or stages before the final interview. Everything was very smooth. Everything online except for the final interview. Overall nice and not that stressed
