APPCO Management Trainee interview questions

ASKING about why do you apply appco. Also i have to give self introduction. all the process is using chinese language. Anyway, the first interview is very easy. Yet, they don't talk to me too much about what their company do even though i ask the HR directly. I refuse the second interview since i found that the job/trainee is salary-based.
