Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We do have a vigorous process for recruitment and it is conducted over several rounds, including written and technical assessments depending on the position.
As part of the reviewing process, candidates may be asked on their thoughts on scenario based questions and also tested on their technical competencies when it comes to technical roles and it is unfortunate that it comes across to some that you have a wrong impression as a result of our processes.
