I applied online and also directly contacted Andy. The interview was super casual - mostly behavioural. The interview was done via Skype. He mostly asked about my areas of strength, skills, and test subjects that I could teach. Honestly, he was great and easy to get along.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ANDYPrep

Contacted Andy, the president, via email with a resume. He got back with a time to Skype. Skype was audio only, and we mainly discussed what subjects I could teach.

Interview
Only a phone interview that was recorded was required. During the interview, you had to speak of your qualifications as a teacher and previous experiences. Also, you had to highlight your knowledge of the SAT and other standardized tests. Lastly, quick personality/psychological questions were asked that were not difficult to answer as long as you are sane.
