I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AMS (Watford, East of England, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn.
Received a phone call within 6 hours, discussing in details what I was looking for & if this role wasn’t for me, what would be.
Stayed in communication with me whilst awaiting feedback from Hiring Manager, unsuccessful for initial role.
Got put forward for an even better role, with a dream Account for me to work under.
Screening Call & then teams interview with Line Manager, around an hour long - whole process feels very human, personal & tested, no time wasting or sneaky questions. Straight Forward.
Feedback, Offered, Accepted & Onboarded within 48 hours of interview.
Amazing experience all around, fully informative and well connected, communicative talent acquisition.

Interview
Seen an role advertised on LinkedIn end of September and had an interview booked for a different vacancy that got cancelled without any explanation provided and missed out on a third role as wan't put forward for it on time. Eventually I ended up interviewing for a fourth role both with the internal team as well as the client only to be left in limbo and not to be given any feedback.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AMS (Belfast, Northern Ireland)
Interview
I was approached through LinkedIn by the talent acquisition team. Met the manager of the team I would be working in within a week and was offered the role a few days later. Mostly focused on boolean searches and my knowledge of them. Once interviewed and job offer made I then had to complete the on boarding process which lasted two weeks.
