I had a very deceptive recruitment experience I applied on Linkedin and was contacted by the HR by email, asking me to take an appointment in her calendar for an interview, which I did. She never showed up to the meeting, I emailed her 15min after the supposed start and she replied that we had to reschedule and asked me for my availability. I replied and never heard back. I followed up the following week, she sent me a new link, I took an appointment. She, again, did not show up and I had to, again email her 15min after the supposed start of the interview. This time at least, she apologized and said she really wanted to meet me. We finally had an interview (to which she arrived 10 min late and almost did not apologize). She asked me questions, I talked about myself, but she did not explain anything about the position or the company. Worst first impression ever.
