ALDC interview questions

My experience with this interview process was extremely disappointing. I was contacted for the interview just days before the proposed date—on a Sunday—without any prior notice or adequate time to prepare. Since I don't take calls from unknown numbers, I emailed them back explaining that I was on holiday during the proposed interview date and asked if they could reschedule. However, I was told they could not accommodate my request because they needed to make a decision that week. As a result, I had to bring my laptop on holiday and conduct the interview while away. This lack of flexibility, considering my full-time job and pre-existing commitments, was highly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. During the interview itself, the role I was interviewed for seemed completely different from the one described in the job advert. The expectations were unclear, and it felt like a complete waste of my time. I was expecting a position that aligned with my experience, but the reality of the role was entirely off from what had been advertised. Overall, I felt insulted by the lack of understanding, professionalism, and transparency throughout the process. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
