Interview
I was called 7 minutes after I submitted my resume online asking if I wanted to come in for a phone interview. The interview was a low stress conversion, I was made to feel comfortable and asked questions specific to my field that made it easy to show my passion for teaching.
After the interview I was asked to take assessment tests for the subjects I was interested in teaching and once approved, was officially on-boarded!

Can you commit to a full school year (or in my case the remainder of the school year)
Just a few questions asking your past experience. Easy and chill. In person. They have many offices in the Bay Area. I came to one of them. After this, they will send you an email to schedule the exams.
I had a very pleasant conversation with one of the directors and did a take-home, closed note assessment. This was a 1-hour Zoom meeting and it was the only interview I was required to do.

Interview
Applied online, got a quick phone call (~15 min). Scheduled a meeting with a manager, had a ~30 minute interview, fairly straightforward with a few questions about what I would do in certain scenarios.
