The founder called quickly and set up an interview for 3 days later. He asked simple questions about why I was interested in tutoring and my past experience. It did not really seem like he had reviewed my resume beforhand, but he was pleasant enough.

How do you think you would handle a difficult client?
Just a few questions asking your past experience. Easy and chill. In person. They have many offices in the Bay Area. I came to one of them. After this, they will send you an email to schedule the exams.
I had a very pleasant conversation with one of the directors and did a take-home, closed note assessment. This was a 1-hour Zoom meeting and it was the only interview I was required to do.

Interview
Applied online, got a quick phone call (~15 min). Scheduled a meeting with a manager, had a ~30 minute interview, fairly straightforward with a few questions about what I would do in certain scenarios.
