Interview
Interviewed first with the manager, then with a QA Lead from another team. The interview process was smooth and well handled, it would be preferable if the candidate has automation experience but if one shows familiarity with the process and growth prospective, the management is willing to continue with their conversations

Questions relied heavily on QA process: What is test plan, test strategy, test case etc. They asked questions on the software AIG uses for Requirement gathering and bug tracking
