Two stage Interview conducted by the human resource team and the immediate seniors/managers.
The Interview was pretty straight forward with inquiries related to my experience and understanding of the job. mostly questions were real life case studies.

We have the same Exposure amount and Cons/Occ distribution as previous modeling, yet we see a huge movement in losses. Give five reasons why this may be occuring.
The interview steps included the following procedure
1. Aptitude test for 30 minutes
2. Group Discussions on the same day of the aptitude test
3. 2 rounds of personal interview
4. Job offer

I have attended at Bangalore office ...frst round Willbe aptitude Nd second will be technical and hr..it took 2days for the process...and for the results thy took 1week..managers were very cool and friendly

It was walk in process.First stage will be aptitude test.Out of 40 students only 3 cleared the test and I was one of them.Next there will be three round of interviews.Even after 3 interviews they were not able to decide weather to take or not.They told me that result will be declared next week.Pathetic HR policies.They behave like they are God.Profile will be data entry job.Waste of time and energy.
