Interview
The interview process for the General Insurance Internship Program included a HireVue interview and a super day. The super day consisted of 3, 30 minute interviews. There were no technical questions. The first interviewer was in HR and walked through my resume. The second and third interview were with people that worked in general insurance.

Would you please walk me through your resume and explain to me how your education and these experiences set you up for success in this role?
After submitting the initial application and resume, there was an invitation asking for a HireVue interview. A few weeks after submitting the HireVue, there was a Superday that consisted of two thirty minute interviews.
Hirevue for initial interview. 5 behavioral questions which were all typical and to be expected. Superday was 1.5 hours with 3 interviewers, 30 mins each from different departments. Expansion of hirevue interview. Very predictable questions. Just want to see how you would fit into their office's. Overall entire process from application to offer to maybe 10 days.

Strengths/Weaknesses. Tell me about a time you failed in the workplace. Tell me about a time you had difficultly in a team. A lot of questions about working in a team.
