Initial HR phone screen followed by several zoom calls. A lot of feedback from the interviewers that the company's red tape was extreme and made things frustrating. What was really disappointing was the fact that one of the interviewers knew my current boss and decided not to keep my interview confidential. That's not ok.

Faily easy one round and it was a phone interview. The interview only took 20 minutes also. The questions was simple maybe because I was interview by a non manager or HR person.
