Drawn out and not completely transparent. They do not answer all questions and don’t disclose enough detail about their incentive compensation plans. The leadership team is of the old school mentality which does not bode well in the world of today

Went through an informational phone interview, HR phone interview, team phone interview, in person team interview, and phone presentation. They pay for your travel for in person team interview which is nice.
